The cognitone.com servers are currently down for maintenance. Software downloads, activations and purchases will not be available until the servers are back running. The Synfire demo will not be able to start while the servers are down. Unfortunately, this also affects our email server, so if you need to contact us, you can reach us under cognitone at gmail dot com.
UPDATE Thursday, 22:00 CET: Due to unexpected technical challenges, the maintenance is taking longer than planned. We are currently working hard to get the servers back online as soon as possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience!
UPDATE Friday, 21:00 CET: Since the hardware did not come back to life again, we're now setting up a new one from a backup, which entails an upgrade of the operating system and some manual migration steps. We hope to get the mail server running on Saturday and the rest on Sunday. Again, we are sorry for this hassle and appreciate your patience. Thank you.
UPDATE Saturday, 23:00 CET: We're making progress. Nothing is lost, it just takes time. Current estimate is Sunday evening.
